Personalet på dette hotellet behandlet meg og venninen min annerledes. Vi er to unge jenter som tar en tur gjennom balkans. På dette stoppet, følte vi oss som barn, fordi det var slikt personalet snakket til oss. På restauranten spørte de konstant om vi var gjester på hotellet, samme med bassenget, men de spørte ingen andre. Etter vi ordret mat på restauranten, lo han samme servitøren to ganger etter at han gikk fra oss. En gang er forståelig, det kan være hva som helst, men to ganger? Det er bare slemt. Syns de er uprofesjonelle for å være 5-stjerners hotell. Kjøleskapet funket heller ikke, og tven på villaen ligger så feil ann at det går ikke ann å se på den mens en ligger i senga- slik det skulle egentlig være satt opp til. Man blir også vekt av andre gjester i samme område fordi det er ikke lydisolert i det hele tatt, både ut døra og ut vinduet. Elsket utsikten fra bassenget da, men de burde være litt mer nøye på hvem de ansetter, og ha ting funke.
