The air conditioning worked great, shower had great water pressure and heat. Breakfast was delicious with waffles and a great option of toppings. The pool was very clean and warm. Quality Suites Near West Acres
The bathtub had hair and dirt in it. Hair on the bathroom floor. Both towels had nasty stains on them. Very loud guests at 3 AM. No staff around.

I’m not sure why this Hotel has the low rating? We had a great experience from check in, clean room, great pool/splash pad/hot tub, staff, clean. Was a big weekend in town so rates seemed higher than normal. Overall very good stay!
