"Worst experience ever. Don’t be fooled by the Ramada name,it’s at best a one star hotel. No air conditioning at all, it was 30 degrees in June and they provided a single desk fan for five of us. We asked for an additional fan and they refused our request. After asking again in 24 hours time they gave us one more fan. There is no sink in the toilet area so have to take dirty hands into bedroom for washing. We asked for the sheets to be changed, they just did the bed sheets and we were forced to...

"After check in we were advised that we were in “The Residence” section of the hotel. Upon entering we were greeted by filthy carpeted stairs leading up to our room. On opening the door we were then met by a vile smell…the room had clearly not been used/aired for some time. The carpet was covered in stains, the bed frame fabric was ripped, a freestanding chair was also covered in stains. All this before inspecting the bathroom….disgustingly dirty. "Quaint hotel in a beautiful city"

"This was a lovely quiet location which was very relaxing. The property we stayed in was lovely,my only disappointment was the bed was uncomfortable and both pillows were really flat. This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night. Other than this ,we enjoyed our stay,and would definately return ."
