"Owner left me the keys for a late check in after I travelled up by train"

"On arrival the young lady started to check us in then decided to assist another customer leaving us waiting to finally being checked 5 minutes later by a male member of staff who also made a comment as to why she didn’t finish checking us in. The male member staff was helpful and showed us to our room, which really lovely. However the only downside to the room was not being able to open the windows for fresh air and they were covered in condensation due to poor circulation. We headed into...

"Best hotel in Weymouth first came here 26 years ago on the way to and from Gurnsey CIs with my late wife"

"Clean and very friendly and helpful owner. Good parking onsite."

"We were allowed in a bit early as we came by train. The owner Sue is super friendly as were her staff We were right on the beach and could leave the sash windows open for air and to hear the sea. Breakfast was hot and excellent and it’s right next to 2 restaurants with a corner shop behind. The main Sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and the shops are only 15 minutes away Perfect"

"The location of the property was great very close to sea and town. The gentleman who checked us in was cheerful and helpful. Unfortunately didn't get much sleep one of the other residents seemed to be up all night talking loudly with others. Only booked this due to short notice ... you do get what you pay for."

"This was a house in a long terrace, about 4 minutes walk from the sea front. The rooms were small but it was clean and comfortable. The furnishings were fairly new and well thought out. The lounge had a large television that was easy to use. We slept well here and it was very convenient for getting to the sea. We would stay there again."

"The cottage itself is lovely, and has a lot of potential. It’s a large cottage which accomodates 5. Lighting wasn’t working in all rooms which was a nuisance and the facilities in the kitchen were dirty and not maintained well. Oven and stove worked, coffee machine filthy. Given that you would hire a cottage to do self catering, it wasn’t one of the better cottages we have stayed in. We found it a cold welcoming, no welcome note, only a small box of biscuits on entry. Cottage was really...
