Friendly staff. Rooms where clean and had amenities. Breakfast was pretty good. No sausage or bacon or anything but plenty of other options. Overall id stay here again.

The room was clean, the shower worked well and the beds were decent. It is very close to Burney Falls, which is nice if you want to arrive when the park opens, when it's cool and sparsely populated. But this very old motel is totally run down - the interior of the rooms, the exterior of the buildings and the parking lot are all in poor condition. The proximity to the highway and the extremely loud AC unit make it difficult to sleep without earplugs. We would not choose to stay here again.
