"The pool was ok but there’s no shower near by the pool to take a shower to avoid dirtying the inside villa.There was a heavy water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom which was a nightmare and it happened very early morning and the water was everywhere in the bedrooms"

"Unfortunately, the room was too small for two adults and an 8-year-old, with a king-size bed and sofa bed, and the fridge was not working. There was also no shaded parking. However, the staff are friendly and welcoming across all areas of the hotel. Overall was a very good experience"

"Unfortunately I found a cockroach as I was going to the bathroom in the middle of the night which I guess happens in the middle of the desert but when we checked out I showed a picture of it to the person introducing himself as one of the managers, all I got was Thank you for Letting us know. No apologies at all. Luckily it was me seeing the suite’s pet and not my wife. The place is not like any other Ritz-Carlton we have stayed at. We have stayed over 50 nights in the Ritz in the past 4...

"Waterpark or witbit is far from beach and can only b access by swiming in water which is almost 4 to 5 meter deep, Which is not suitable for non swimmers and my kids were so sad inspite of staying 3night we were unable to enjoy that aminity..the solution can be a easy 2 min ride by boat for the people who want to use..as they highlight this amenity as their biggest water park in RAK"

"The hotel and staff are lovely, but my stay was ruined by the noise and vibration coming from the nightclub in the hotel which reverberated around the building until 4am, keeping me awake for most of the night, despite changing rooms. I complained about the noise but the night staff could do nothing to stop it ir get it turned down. This happened every night."

"If u get offer price then it is worth. I paid premium because it was eid holiday. I had to wait 20-30 min for buggy. The hotel was also crowded. Do clearly tell them to park your car in a clean place. There is valet parking. I gave a clean car and got back dirty car with lot of dust. The reason they gave was it is an open parking hence dirty. I will give 0 rating for parking ."
