"Second visit within a week and we had issues with our room being clean."

"Great"

"This place needs an upgrade. There was carpeting on the outside corridors that was torn in many places. Besides looking bad it is dangerous as someone could easily trip on it."

"We didn't stay on the property except to sleep. I would definately book them again for our next stay in Staunton."

"It is a lovely property!"

"The room was had few problems and that switched us to new room they solved our issue. Great customer service"

"Rooms were clean. Even rooms get to hear the train go by during the night."

"The sheets feel dirty and itchy. There was visible stains on the pillow. Woke up at 3AM because there's a person outside our room talking loudly to someone and also smoking since I can smell it inside. Not recommended"

"They were very accommodating with an early check in. Disappointed that the whirlpool is no longer available and is still listed as an amenity. We were told we would have free parking but it was not offered when we asked about it. Beautiful lobby and delicious breakfast for a fair price."

Floors were dirty. No hand soap at sink. Bedside table had sticky substance on it. Room location was poor with a lot of highway noise. Hotel exterior was in poor condition with no office or lounge area. No breakfast or coffee. Arrived late, so no other room was available. I only stayed a few hours and...

"Liked that there were two restaurants within walking distance"

"Comfortable beds, pretty clean and well-maintained, and decent breakfast options! Staff was very friendly."

"It would have been great to have a dining room so we could have enjoyed dinner on premises. Otherwise it was all very special and a unique inn. We may be back."

"The room was clean enough. But the beds were uncomfortable. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. The staff members who greeted us were friendly, even when the computer slowed down as they were trying to check us in. The elevators had a terrible odor. The location of the hotel was convenient - there were plenty of restaurants nearby and it was close to the main routes we needed to access for our trip. Friendly staff maintaining the breakfast area. The food was fine and there was a nice...
