"The customer service at this hotel was terrible! To simplify to a couple words "They didn't give a s***". 1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. We were lucky enough to walk down to the dock and the boat was thankfully still running. BUT if the boat had not been we would've had...

"The place is amazing, family facilities. Kids pool, play area, lake swim, playground restaurant, washing facilities. We didnt know the concept before we go. Renting boats and bikes around, amazing family holiday. The ONLY thing is they had a wedding party on Saturday we stayed until 2am, in the restaurant, which was next to where we stayed and it was impossible to sleep! And they didnt even warn us or tell anything beforehand. "

"The location was beautiful and quiet and the room was comfortable. The service and food were superb. We opted for the 7 course taster menu and the waitress recommended perfect wine to complement the dishes. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay."

"Small hotel arranged like a mini alpine village with gardens weaving around. Room had edge stone feature wall, unfinished wood furniture and outdoor patio, a nature feel. You will hear neighbours upstairs and beside, otherwise a very quiet location. Good breakfast (eggs, hot and cold deli meats, cheese, smoked fish, fruit, granola, yoghurt, pastries, breads) with one of those delightful multi-coffee machines.
