"The balcony overlooking the waterfront was lovely. Unfortunately we had a problem when ordering drinks in the bar before dinner and found both the male and female bartenders unprofessional, and the female bartender was extremely rude. "

Had to make do with artificial sweetener in my tea though as there were only 2 sugars in my room, I'm not even complaining lol just trying to say that if that's all that was wrong then these guys are doing a wonderful job.
