"The apartment was nice! The beds were so comfortable. Noisy neighbors above us running around at all hours made it difficult to sleep. Limited supplies, had to request toilet paper on day two because there were no extra rolls in the apartment at all. The key fob system was easy to use and we felt safe in the building. "Stay away from it! They have specific rules of how and when you need to contact them in advance to get a link for checking in. I contacted them several times. They never responded. I talked with hotels.com customer service. They, too, chased them but didn't hear back. Customer service told me that if I can't check in upon arrival, they will relocate me. "The apartment we stayed in was very nice for the price we paid. We did have minor issues when arriving to the house but the property managers were very quick to respond and solve them for us. The included parking and bus stop right in front of the house that takes you downtown was amazing. Overall a wonderful stay!"
