"I only stayed on night but the staff were incredible. I do not know her name but she has long curly blonde, I believe, hair. She is thin and has long nails, can't text without them :). She was the best host I have been around. She was accommodating, polite, funny, and helpful. If she was in Kansas City, I would hire her. When I am back in Wichita, I will definitely stay at the Ambassador again. Kudos to your team."

"Beds comfortable, staff nice enough. Pool was very cold, hot tub was green and jets didn't work. Sink in our room was cracked in half with an attempt at mending, but it didn't leak. Shower head was horrible but the pressure and temperature was good, and it was nice having shower amenities provided and plenty of towels. Breakfast was okay, coffee was good and hot. "

"The parking lot is gated, so it gives some extra security. There needs to be a "Lobby" sign above the front door so you can see which door to enter when you arrive, because there is more than one door in. The room was a very nice two bedroom suite with kitchen as described with plenty of room. Very nice and more than I expected."

"Comfortable king size bed. Shower on third floor had very low water pressure. Hot tub next to pool takes a few tries to get the jets going but wow there was way too chlorine in it making our eyes water and uncomfortable to keep our eyes open. Breakfast was tasty however they need to watch use by dates for the milk cartons. 11 days past the date so yes I had a sip of sour milk and hadn’t noticed the date til after the sip. Yuck! Not sure the kitchen staff understood when I was trying to explain...
