This is a first class B&B, difficult to better anywhere. The whole accommodation is spotlessly clean and there is obvious pride in keeping it that way. The hosts are very professional and the breakfast offerings are absolutely superb in both choice and presentation.

Lovely b and b. Clean and comfortable with a delicious breakfast cooked to order. Nice bathroom but it was not ensuite and the shower was a bit temperamental. Owners were very attentive, offering tea/ coffee upon arrival and were happy to give advice about the locality.

We received a warm welcome and were offered tea and cake on arrival which were much appreciated, also given helpful suggestions for places to eat nearby. Our room was lovely and of a very high standard and breakfast the next morning delicious with quality produce. Wish we had been staying more than one night!

The property is immaculate, comfortable, everything one needs is there, high quality and best of all, Den (our host) is relaxed, helpful and a genuinely nice person. We cannot fault The Old Dairy B&B in any way and will return to explore the lovely Exe estuary further.

Very welcoming and most comfortable.

Very welcoming (tea and lemon cake!). Warm, very well presented room and bathroom, Great choice of breakfast, cooked and prepared to our order. The traffic noise from the main road was silenced by the double glazing, so we had a restful stay. We'd definitely recommend this place!

The property was immaculate. Den and Jules were very welcoming and attentive. We had a lovely big room. Its a nice walk down into the village. The best b& b we have every stayed in.Highly recommend.

The property was clean and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious and had a sitting area with a sofa. The bed was really comfortable and the bed linen and towels were very high quality. We ordered our breakfast the night before and it was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. The host was friendly and helpful.

Quiet, comfortable home. Very friendly hosts with a lovely breakfast. We were a little disappointed that the king bed in the room I booked turned out to be a queen bed in a different room, but we were there for just the one night so we settled for the room we were given.
