"I was not able to stay in tub as the water was not hot enough, also tub did not drain quickly. Breakfast very good, bed was excellent"

"I worked at this property years ago when Mr. Hammonds owned it, and to say it has gone downhill is an understatement. The biggest disappointment was that there was a Trading Card convention booked, not just in the ballroom, but in the atrium as well. They charge $17 per day to park but if you left during the day there was no parking to be had when you returned because of the convention, that there was no mention made of. I was told by "Alex" that a staff member would be in touch, never happened. Overall I would love to recommend this property as it has meaning to me on a personal level, but this trip was so bad I don't see that happening."

"The room was clean and the pool was nice although i didn’t use it very long as the smell of chlorine was overbearing. The breakfast was nearby our room and smelled like something got burnt through out the hallways . The view is nice outside the hotel area . I wish there were more food options available beside beer and liquor and bar food for a hotel this size . I was offered a free drink but all the drinks were taken away from the pantry the evening I checked in. The view outside was nice and close to some business establishments . It was nice for what I was there for leisure . "

"1. Pool closed. I upgraded my room to pool view/Mountain tower but pool was closed. No notice given at all. 2. No microwave, no fridge, $50/night "resort fee" & coffee in room is $17"
