"Food was mediocre at best with limited varieties for the inclusive meal. The servers need better training. They mostly conjugated together in plain view of diners. When we needed assistance we had to get their attention by waving at them. Crazy because the restaurant was never full."

"The location was great and the aesthetic was cool. We got a room with a balcony on the 4th floor but didn’t really use or need it. Maybe would be worth it on a higher floor. A/C worked great and room was clean our 1st night. Next day they replaced with a stained comforter. They had a few maintenance issues, I.e. broken glass entrance door and both elevators on the lower floor were down for a bit. The staff was apologetic and accommodating so it didn’t affect us much. They didn’t have a fridge or ice bucket in the room, but you could ask them to store your food at their restaurant and they can provide you with an ice bucket upon request. All were minor inconveniences with workarounds. The price is worth the location and basic needs but it’s not luxurious if that’s what you’re looking for. 4/5. I’d stay again if on a budget."

"Todo excelente. Un detalle ajeno al hotel, pero que influye negativamente en la estancia y disfrute del mismo es la existencia de una discoteca vecina, que carece de paredes sonoamortiguadas. Lo cual dificulta el descanso en fines de semana. Por lo demás, todo bien. Paty, la camarera, es un ángel!"

"Excellent location for our first visit to beautiful Guadalajara! We didn't realize the FIFA Fan Fest was taking place right outside our balcony, so we got to experience the excitement and celebrations throughout the day. It was a fun surprise. Walking around downtown felt very safe because there was plenty of security. We loved visiting the Cathedral and exploring the beautiful historic and architectural landmarks that Guadalajara has to offer. The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They were always willing to help and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Our room was small but clean. The air conditioning worked well, and the housekeeping staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple, with bread, coffee, cereal, eggs, and enchiladas. The only area that could be improved is the enchilada sauce, which could use a little more flavor. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return."
