for an eco-friendly hotel, it is strange that you can only arrive by car. No public transport options. Rooms are very spacious. Relatively not convenient the walk between the rooms and the main building (when we stayed it was very hot).

Amazing place, I arrived on my Harley and only booked the night before with a special price for a room. It was so good I extended my stay. I will be returning here again for sure!

The hotel is missing some very basic eco friendly initiatives… initially i booked it as had impression by the name to be an ecological hotel but totally the opposite ! changing towels every day, plastic cups everywhere etc seriously disappointing rooms are within 4walls without views ;( the pool area is ok

Tired and overrated. Lacks care.
Property is tired. Grass and hedges were overgrown. White walls had rain stains. Apartments are noisy when people drink and laugh as they walk to their rooms.

Getaway from the pandemic
It was a lovely weekend during the pandemic time. One can tell the hotel staff has adjusted well to new safety norms but some bits were slightly still in need of attention. Specially during meal times that had buffet option where guests depended solely on the waiters behind the food and beverage choices to serve, and lines formed with more than 5 people waiting. Considering that there is time scheduled for breakfast this was a bit of a disappointment. Nevertheless, it was also the staff that made the experience extremely nice and sweet, always trying to overcome any particular issue with kindness and politeness, some fun sharing of experiences and local knowledge of places to visit and where to buy delicacies.

Definitely going back.
The resort is located in the most beautiful area right outside Évora. A vibrant, historical city with great gastronomy and warm people. A retreat from busy days or simply a romantic getaway, this resort is perfect for both occasions.

Lovely campus, helpful staff, good food and well maintained amenities. Location is car dependent and bicycles can only be used on the campus. To be a lot greener and less carbon intensive having bicycles available for rent to go to the city and explore the countryside would be a major improvement.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Setting was calm and peaceful. Location was 15 minutes from town center and nothing else nearby. You will definitely need a car if you plan to stay there. The rooms were spacious with a separate sitting room and patio. The breakfast was good but not great. The restaurant dinner was a big disappointment

Loved the surroundings of the hotel, the architectural spaces, decor / design, the staff was very attentive. In the restaurant you eat very well and the breakfast is very complete. And I can not fail to mention that my children loved the fact that from the balcony of the apartment has contact with the animals. To repeat the stay.

Very modern and chic resort. It is out in the country so you need transportation if you intend to visit any of the local sites or want to go into town.

Relaxing hotel with beautiful surroundings
The stay at Tivoli Évora Ecoresort was everything I wanted: a relaxed, romantic and comfortable stay. The pool is incredible and has really comfy mattresses, perfect for naps under the shadow. It's not in the centre of Évora, which is good because you only see typical Alentejo fields everywhere. There's a really sweet donkey there too. The rooms are really big and have everything you need, with modern decor and an amazing balcony to stargaze in the evening. Breakfast is REALLY good and has local products (amazing cheese and mini custard tarts). Staff are professional and nice too.

This was a lovely find. Great hotel for holiday. Good service. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Nice pool for relaxing. Great breakfast. Quiet away from traffic or city noise.

Stylish & relaxing eco resort
This is a fantastic property, only 5 years old and in a very rustic-chic aesthetic. Service is friendly & helpful, the whole resort is very calm, and it's only about a 10 min drive into the charming city of Evora. I left an item in the room, and they are being quite helpful in getting that shipped back to me in the UK.

Slightly above average
Nice property that's fairly close to Evora. Long walk from car or main building to your suite, especially if you have one that's on the far end. Quiet when we were there in mid-May. Pool area is nice with comfortable lounge chairs. Room was large with a sitting area and separate bedroom. Bathroom was a bit cramped. Outside sitting area didn't face anything nice. Restaurant experience was disappointing, staff couldn't answer questions about menu and food was mediocre. Breakfast food was ok, though juice and coffee were not good.

At first the environment is a little off putting but after two days we came to realize the value of this property. Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful though a little disorganized at times. Rooms were large but basic. Very quiet. An easy drive into Evora and considering the parking in the walled city it is a better option.

Relaxing beauty
This place is @5 mins from Evora. It was beautiful in oct. @82° roof pool water was cold but scene was chill. Mostly couples. Drove into town for fresh seafood at marisqueria de? Also checked out the church of bones. We only stayed one day/overnight but loved it and could have easily done another day. Staff were friendly and spoke excellent english, Bruno was the man! Have to buy a 3 euro swim cap for some reason for indoor pool. Sheep and cow fields surround the grounds so if farm landscape isnt your thing this wont work. There was a barking dog in distance that kept me up a little, but thats what dogs do. Breakfast buffet wasnt great, but I dont believe we were charged anything, so no real complaint there either.

Cute hotel outside city center
This seems like a very fun hotel (we were a bit early for the tourist season so the pool and rooftop bar were not yet open) with a lovely infinity-type pool on the roof. The rooms are all stand-alone bungalow rooms, with a small living room and veranda for each. The restaurant was very good and the staff at the bar friendly and helpful. The hotel is not near the center of Evora, but is a very short drive to either Evora or to some of the prehistoric ruins. Small thing, although I believe this is a fairly new hotel, the exterior white concrete is very stained and peeling on some of the bungalows and roof/side walls of the main building, looking like it is not weathering well. That said, it was still very clean and comfortable interiorly. Overall very worth the reasonable cost.

O hotel tem instalações muito boas e os quartos são muito confortáveis. Porém, as áreas externas estão sem manutenção, dando um aspecto de decadência. Paredes rachadas, jardim mal cuidado… completamente destoante. O atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom, sempre atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã também muito bom.

Hotellet var ekstremt koldt og uden nogen form for service. Vi spiste aftensmad i hotellets restaurant, der ellers får fine anmeldelser, og ventede alt i alt 2 timer på 2 serveringer. Herudover kunne receptionen ikke finde vores booking, hvilket også skabte en del ventetid. Stedet ligger i smukke omgivelser, men andet positivt var der ikke at sige. Vi frøs hele natten.

Boa estadia
É um excelente hotel, mas precisa de fazer umas obras estéticas de manutenção. As zonas comuns estão muito bem, mas as casotas/quartos já devem ter visto melhores dias. O pequeno almoço deixa a desejar, especialmente se pedido no quarto. No geral tudo é compensado pela excelente localização para quem quer se sentir próximo à natureza e a pela disponibilidade de duas piscinas.
