"We’ve stayed at lots of bed/breakfast places before, however I would rate this place more like a cheap motel. Our hostess was very nice but she reaked of alcohol when she arrived to check us in. Our room had a tiny 18” dynex tv that was equivalent to an old computer monitor. The bed linens and towels smelled terrible like mildew. We actually had to go in town & buy towels to use. The bathroom had no hooks for towels or to anything. There was no blow dryer, even the cheapest motels have hair...

"Pat was very nice and helpful with directions where to park and how to unlock door. AC was off when we got there and it took about 2 hours to cool off on a 97 degree day. Bed was hard to sleep on. Ice cream shop next door was closed the Friday evening we arrived. Uber ride is very cheap to the downtown entertainment district. Recommend eating at The Grotto or Rogue Manor and Mud Street cafe was great for breakfast."

"This place was great, very quiet even though you are close to the main road! We loved the little trails carved into the back of the property by the pickleball courts! We only stayed sun-mon and we just wish there would have been a movie playing on the screen in the back it was just a really awesome environment!"

"The Bavarian Inn was a very clean and friendly Inn. It was peaceful and quiet; something you don't get a most motels.We will defiantly stay there next time we go to Eureka Springs."

"We stayed on the backside of the hotel, bathroom was nice and big with a jacuzzi tub, room was clean and comfy. Loved the deck and patio areas with lots of seating which was quiet and serene. The breakfast had so much to choose from and was really good! Would definitely stay here again."
