The staff was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The Basin had a lot of great amenities and was walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Plan on staying again in the future.

Room was clean. The bed was comfortable, the hot tub would have been nice but was out of order. The restaurant on site was good. The jacuzzi in our room did not have working jets which was a disappointment, although we didn’t complain it would have been nice.

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. We used the shuttle to the parking lot and had drinks at the bar. The building is obviously older but the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Room was dated for the theme. Clean and comfortable room. Located directly downtown in the historical town. Shuttles were awesome. Highly recommend.

Room was very cramped. Front desk staff was not very welcoming. We did enjoy the game room and bar. We ate in the restaurant and had drinks which were fine but 18% was added to the bill for a "service pool". I looked it up and it is to pay wages to support staff. So had to leave another tip for server. Not happy with that. The shuttle service was very helpful and efficient.

The hotel is historical and has been updated keeping the historical look. Bed was comfortable, spacious and clean. The bathroom shower was renovated. Wifi was good. We liked having the microwave, small fridge and separate sitting area. Staff was friendly. Cleaning ladies were accomodating. We stayed during the week of Christmas so dining was limited. We were disappointed they didnt put on their website that they would not be offering breakfast as usual. We used the hot tub one night but jets werent working so that ladted about 5 minutes. We got out and decided to sit by the firepit but it wasnt working either. May have been out of propane? Parking is a long walk although yiu can park to unload in front of the hotel. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the parking lot and anywhere you want to go. Basin Park is right outside the door.

Hotel in great location and a a beautiful building. But feels like its not been updated since its build date in 1905. Carpets, lighting and fixtures all in dire need of replacing. Room was dark, dingy and unclean

Great stay!

We visited Eureka Springs with our daughters and their families and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is old so not fancy but our king room was spacious and bed comfy. Great location!
