Hotel Dekat Eureka Springs Brewery

"Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again."

"Loved our stay! Comfy bed and super nice staff. Close to a trolley parking if going around and do not want to drive. Back yard area had so much wildlife. Walking distance of coffee and food if not going all the way downtown. We will absolutely be back."

"This property is beautiful, the rooms are so comfortable and the nature walk to the most beautiful sauna and cold plunge area. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks and swimming in that beautiful pool"

"There was no insight personal. Outside of property looked like it was abandoned. Had to call a number on office door to get a code to get in our room and get the room number. Had to call someone to get bathroom tissue."

"This is a historical hotel with all the charm associated with it. We enjoyed the location and ease to shop. You need to park off site but the shuttle is easy and quick to use."

"The property did not have the swimming pool available, nor the hot tub....the staff was very good though at the front desk."

"The carpet is dirty and stained from years of use. The shower has mold growing along the top. The shower drain is slow and filled with hair. Mysterious stains on walls that need to be cleaned and painted. Furniture is stained. Spiders literally crawled out of the bed. It was disgusting. I don’t know how this hotel received good ratings which was one of the reasons I chose this place. I feel like I was deceived by Expedia."

"This was, by far, the dirtiest motel room that I have ever stayed at, my entire life. I am absolutely certain that for the entire duration, I only saw the office manager-- not one cleaner or other staff member. My mom, who was staying in another room, elected to leave her socks on for the entire stay, because we were all worried about touching any surface in the bedrooms."
