"The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to parking right in front of my room and it was very quiet during the night. I would have liked to see an additional electrical outlet on the wall near the desk for phone and a laptop. The wifi worked very well and had no issues. The bed was fairly comfortable, yet the desk chair was past its prime and should probably be replaced. I was by myself and the room and the room rate worked very well for me. For breakfast I had a waffle with syrup, it was tasty, just lacked butter. I was traveling, came in kind of late and left pretty early, this worked well for me and I would stay again under these circumstances."
"This motel 6 was a bit run down, but the staff at the front desk were very nice.
The beds, mattresses and pillows, were superb for a really good nights rest. "
"The staff was extremely nice and friendly. However, This property is very run down. I selected it because it was rated better than Motel6 and was very disappointed. Motel 6 is a little further away from the highway noises then this motel. Carpet and bedspread very old but the pillows were nice. Lots of traffic noise. Only 1 washing machine and dryer inside next to the vending machines ($2 for each and they worked great). Felt like the shower floor was going to break through the floor. Would not stop here again."
"The room was clean and pleasant. I especially liked the mural pictures of the landscaping around Delta. It mirrored what we saw outside in a beautiful sunset. It was great to come back from mining trilobites and have a nice clean spot to take a shower and park in front of the door every time we arrived. The only downside was the refrigerator sounded like a storm blowing all the time. The staff was friendly and answered questions pleasantly. Thanks so much for a great stay. If we came back to Delta to go trilobite mining we would stay here again."
"the property was trying to to be nice. it was clean. but the bedding was not too good. the pillows were very crumbly inside and the blanket was wrapped in sheets but it was a fuzzy blanket who's life was over years ago. the mattress was hard. the breakfast was not cooked well. if it was under a hundred maybe its like an eighty a night.but at one fifty I am disappointed"
"We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub at this no frills property. We were a little surprised that the bottom sheet for our king sized bed was a flat queen sheet, but it worked ok. "
"This was a basic motel that suited our needs just fine. I stayed here with my husband and two teenage children. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the motel. Overall, we didn't really have complaints, but I do want to point out a few things that we noticed that could be bothersome to other people.
It seemed a little loud. Our room was next to a set of stairs and we could hear people thumping up and down them throughout our stay. We had a difficult time figuring out how to use the TV, but our family is technology impaired, so that was probably just an "us" problem. The rooms are small and some of the furnishings are outdated, but it is obvious that they work hard to keep everything clean and looking nice. The breakfast room is tiny and provides very few options. We each just grabbed a banana or an apple to take with us.
I have never stayed in a Budget Motel before, and I assume that many of these things contribute to the lower cost of the rooms. If you don't care about the bells and whistles, but do value a clean place to stay, this motel would be a great choice. We would consider staying here again if we ever end up in the area."
