Really nice hotel. Loved the 2 bedroom. Really spacious. Not a lot of hotels offer free parking so that was an added plus. Tons of parking outside of hotel as well as a garage. Food options within walking distance. Easy check in. Would definitely stay here again.

Our receptionist was amazing! She was kind, quick, and helped us out when we requested it. I would definitely recommend the place for the excellent customer service that goes above and beyond, and for providing a wonderful space to enjoy our time while visiting.

We like that the hotel was only 5 minutes to Great America, Winchester house , Apple. Com and 40 minutes to San Francisco. A perfect location to stay.

Our stay was excellent. Property and room were clean. Spacious two bedroom suite was perfect for our family. Location convenient, we walked to Levi stadium! Only complaint was furniture in living room was uncomfortable. It was modern and looked great, but couch and chairs were very uncomfortable to relax in after a full day at the game and walking. Would definitely stay here again though.

2nd time we stay here, Front Desk lady Ruby is very friendly and helpful. 2 bdr suites are amazing a bit outdated but very clean. Only thing missing is a pool. Used to stay at the Embassy suites next door, never again. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

Has Jack in box and McDonald's in walk distance, it's great for meal if you don't like drive out just for dinner. Also has full kitchen in room even include a mini ranger. Forks, knives, dishes are in drawers. Very nice, will back again if I will visit San Jose in future.

49ers game

Come in for the weekend for a 49ers game. The hotel management was super friendly when we arrived, and gave my wife a gift at check in. Room was clean, comfy and very nice. Walking distance to alot of things. The walk to levi's is a little far. We took a pedicab back and cost us 120.

The whole stay was great! Clean the staff went above and beyond. Only issue i has was the tube when i took a shower i almost slip in the shower the bottom was slippery and i almost fell, but overall amazing!

Great location! Front desk was friendly & she greeted us with a welcoming gift (water & popcorn). The room was spacious, stylish & looks like a new paint job. Sizzlers & Jack in the Box in the same parking lot which is nice. We walked across the street & had dinner at Eureka. Then went to Whole Foods to get some drinks & snacks for our room. Very convenient. Free parking & continental breakfast was a plus. We took an 11 minute Lyft ride to The SAP Center. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, Comfy, and Clean

Front desk was friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Its been 3 weeks since my stay and i have forgotten the name of the employee that checked me in but she was thorough on where everything was at and time breakfast was served. Just didnt give mych direction to my room or parking options. Had to ask for that info which honestly is no biggie. The room was spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels which were good size and higher end quality wise compared to some other places. My room had two king beds, i slept in them both and slept amazingly sound both nights. Both were more on the soft side, cozy. I have med to firm bed at home and still slept well no pain in the back so it was a nice change. They had the tv greeting me by name left on and the hood light in the kitchen was on which i thought was nice not to have to fumble around for light. Everything was pleasant. Sizzler and think it was jack in the box in the same parking lot and many other great places for food and cocktails close by. The gym was very nice and open 24 hrs. There was set of four dinner plates, water glasses, coffee cups etc. Plus basic pot and pan for cooking a few utentiIs. I had two beds and i tried both. Think i covered it all. Nuce clean place wuth good service and awesome breakfast i didnt eat it but it smelled and looked pretty delicious for hotel breakfast a lot of choices and i regretfully had to pass due to other plans with family. I would return again if it fits into my plans next visit
