"The hotel is beautiful inside! The location is amazing-everything you could want is right outside your door on one of the top streets to visit in Lisbon. The street is pedestrian but if you want an uber it is only. 2 minute walk down to Rossi square and a perfect spot to be picked up. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the breakfast. is outstanding! Highly recommend this hotel :0)"

"The breakfast is good but cleanliness of the room is poor. Found strains of hair on the floor and sound proofing was bad. Considered overpriced with such room condition. "

"Hôtel vraiment impeccable,je dirais un 4 étoiles et plus...Tellement bien situé, à deux minutes de marche du village historique et avec vue sur les châteaux ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à cet hôtel de Sintra !"

"Modern and clean room. Offered filtered water on our floor."

The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, with a port tasting and dessert served while they sorted out our room and got us in earlier than check-in. We also got extensive recommendations for things to do while in Lisbon. The modern room was small but clean and comfortable. We...

"One thing is the parking - it is nearly impossible though they have a garage for vehicles. It was very challenging to find our way to the hotel with one way streets, etc despite using GPS. However, once we called them they came and provided assistance to get us where we needed to be. Moral of the story: don't use a car in Sintra!"
