"Wir waren 7 Tage im Hotel Locke de Santa Joana und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kann viel zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und so schön und modern. Wir können es 100% weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. "

"I didn't want to leave. Don't make me go back to the real world! OK, it's not cheap, so there is that, but it is value for money, worth it if you can afford it. Gorgeous room with a huge balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the sea beyond. Walk along the waterfront and past the cidadela to Cascais centro, all of its restaurants and bars and shops. "This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
