"Our family had a great experience at this hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. They allowed us to check in early and check out late with no issues. The breakfast was great with lots to choose from. There is a nice little rooftop pool with a great view. Would stay here again."

"Funcionários corretos. Falta um pouco mais de simpatia. A localização não é central, mas há transporte público de qualidade, um bom Shopping e ótimas opções gastronômicas. Área com boas atrações de lazer como o Oceanário e o Teleférico."

"Very comfortable. The rooftop pool and view were lovely. Mario, at the bar by the pool was very friendly and helpful, recommending local restaurants. I loved that there were many doors. Being able to shut the door between the bedroom and hallway to bathroom and kitchen and the door to the kitchen as well made the room even quieter. If one of us was sleeping, it was easier not to disturb the other."

"Juste 1 prise de courant d'un seul côté du lit, pas de tablette pour mettre la valise on doit utiliser directement le garde-robe, peu de lumière dans la chambre. Sinon service et qualité standard."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
