"Our family enjoyed our stay at Tivoli Oriente Lisboa Hotel. It is conveniently located right next to the Oriente train station, which is less than 10 mins away from the airport, very close to a nice shopping mall and many restaurant options in the area, plus a beautiful rooftop bar. Our room was clean, comfy beds and pillows. Staff was great. I will be using this hotel again when traveling to Lisbon."
"We had the perfect stay. As two female travelers, we felt very safe and comfortable during our trip. It’s located centrally - nothing was more than a 20 min walk away.
We felt given the amount we spent, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room we stayed in was well suited for couples. The amenities are excellent, we loved the communal spaces and the pool. The environment is very relaxing. Wifi was reliable and good, no issues whatsoever there.

"We stayed for only one night in mid-July at the end of two weeks in Portugal and are so happy we did. The convento was easy to get to from Santa Apolónia Train Station with a Bolt car pick-up, and centrally located for exploring the city on foot after that. We loved that our room was super clean, air conditioned, and amazingly quiet for being in the heart of Alfama (our room faced the inner courtyard). The bed was firm but comfortable, though the sheets and pillows could have been softer/better...

"The staff are amazing, so welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. The bed was enormous, the room comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast buffet had a huge selection. The rooftop pool and bar a lovely spot with great views. The Lumen Light Show is very clever, well done. Easy walk to the city centre, metro and busses only a block away. Special mentìon to Miriam who welcomed us, she is a star!

"We loved our stay and Blue LIBERDADE. Location was perfect, they have an elevator, had a bottle of wine waiting in room, rooms wa modern and clean. A bit small but nice. Loved the hospitality of staff always helpful and there was always coffe, water and pastel de nata waiting for us. "This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
