"The staff was exceptional! We spent 2 weeks traveling Spain and Portugal and stayed in multiple hotels and apartments, this was easily the best and most exceptional staff. Everyone was wonderful. The massages we got at the spa were fantastic! We loved it!"

"What a fantastic hotel! Central and easy to reach the castle and town. The receptionist, Fatima, was wonderful, and we had access to our room, two hours early. Fatima was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and bright, and immaculately clean. The bed was large and comfortable and the TV in a good position to watch from bed. The cupboard had tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a fridge and safe. The bathroom did not have a bath or bidet, but the shower was very...

"The hotel was beautiful from the lobby, to the room, to the rooftop pool. It smelled wonderful and staff were all very nice. The panoramic views from our 5th floor suite was incredible. Easy walk to the beach and Casino. Definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"Staff are very helpful. Room size is reasonable and clean. Near to the metro station, very convenient to travel within the city for tourist."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
