Staff was great. The room wasn’t as great. As soon as we got into the room, my husband sat on the need of the bed and the other end came up off of the fooor. The usb and most of the outlets didn’t work to charge anything.the mattress

The Wi-fi connection is poor. I had better luck connecting to the McDonalds across the street. I would suggest a personal hot spot. The TV went out had way through Saturday evening.

Bad- Room smelled of cigarette smoke! Baby cockroaches in bathroom and 2 big ones in room where one was able to get into pizza box on top of counter under TV....food was barely 2 hrs old so there went leftovers! Loud obnoxious neighbors 24/7 upstairs directly on top of us! Key card kept resetting! ...
