"Poor reception and racist treatment. Room housekeeping not done since morning when return to room at 3pm. Call reception , operator many times no answer. Decided to go downstairs to enquire there whilst was speaking to another staff another staff abruptly say housekeeping is still 6pm rudely. And after that she just turned and totally ignore any conversation. Totally rude and was all smile with another client totally ignoring. Overall service across been poor"
"The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. They also offer hotel shuttle service for a fee and taxi service. The hotel restaurant has good dining options and drinks. The breakfast buffet was delicious and variety of food options. The hotel is close to the beach and restaurants along the beach shore. There’s also a shopping mall connected to the hotel so that is very convenient and they have ATMs inside the mall.
