"Beautiful hotel. It was clean & even though it is not the newest & some parts of the room or resort were rusty, you could smell the cleaning products and it was cleaned thoroughly. The hotel staff is only helpful if you ask them a question. They will not check on you if you’re at a table, will not inform you about hotel amenities, things to do on the property, things to do in the area, etc. It is just a nice place to sleep & everything else, you pretty much have to figure out on your own. "The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me.
