Ernesto at check was beyond helpful. Cleared up a mixup with our reservation in no time. The entire resort is fantastic! The adult pool needs to be refurbished a bit, but was very serene for relaxing. Overall an excellent stay!

AC Hotel by Marriott San Juan Condado
I absolutely love the AC Hotel! This is my 3rd time staying with them and they are so accommodating. Anything you need just ask. If they don’t have the answer they will find you one. 10/10 would recommend.
