"First time in Quebec city - loved everything about it. I could not believe that the young women not only carried the heavy suitcases up and down the stairs, but refused a tip as we were leaving. "Hidden treasure !! Loved the QUIET..!!, excellent rooms and bathroom, the breakfast is AMAZING....& GREAT COFFEE. Very walk-able within the Old Quebec City...did not need a car for what we wanted to experience. The Promenade, Chateau Frontenac, Citadel, walk top of citadel walls, amazing restaurants which we need to return to try more! Book a private walking tour....early...certainly helps with orientation & history. Hotel des Augustines is ..actually....perfect."

"Facing the st Lawrence River and the Park du Guvernors, stones throw to Chateau Frontenac..who could ask for a better location. Lovely room, bright light from windows, a kitchenette and a sofa made our stay very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned well. Complimentary espresso machine, a wine machine, beautiful spa, and nice roof terrace. Easy walks to anything we wanted to do. This is now my favourite place to stay. "

"This is a great space, very comfortable and large. Communication was quick and easy. We needed an hour extension on checkout and received confirmation quickly. Only thing is the beds were a bit hard, could use a mattress pad. Great walking area, and 20 minute walk to old Quebec so we didn't need to drive to dinner."
