"The manager here was so amazing and welcoming to us. He made sure our stay here was amazing from start to finish. We had to go to the airport early in the morning and was going to miss breakfast however he made us a breakfast box so that we weren’t starving in the morning when we went to the airport in addition to the great service at this resort, it was so beautiful staying here and I wish we got to stay longer. "This is our first time to Luxor and won’t be our last. My family and I have arrived from USA and Mr. Mostafa Mohammed gave us best experience. We arrived from the airport late night and he immediately checked us in and gave us a complimentary upgrade and dinner. He was also so quick at our checkout everything was smooth. Mr. Hamam was also great at welcoming us and showing us our rooms. The rooms are clean, the view is beautiful, staff are very helpful. We will definitely come again. "

"Sayed and the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous and the property super well kept. It’s close to everything you need to do on the West Bank and if you need they can organise a driver for you. There are plenty of local taxis and Tuk tuks too. Dinner is very reasonably priced and has a wealth of options - all Egyptian. I can’t recommend staying here enough! "

"Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom.
