Otel gorseldeki ve anlatildigi gibi degildi, 2 yetiskin 2 cocuk olarak family oda tuttuk , kucucuk odaya 2 tek kisilik 1 cift kisilik yataklari yan yana siralamislar hareket alani bile kalmamisti. 4 kisilik odada 2 adet havlu var, terlik ve kisisel bakim malzemeleri yok , sabunluk bozuk, oda kirli ve bocekler var , personel ilgisizdi. Sabah kahvaltısını ekstra ucret verecek rezervasyonda dahil ettik ve kahvaltisi yetersiz ve kötüydü. Gece bir kac kez gurultu oldu ve uyandık. Genel olarak kotu bir konaklama oldu kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Es war eine Zumutung. Beim Einchecken erwartete uns ein Raum, der mit einem Hotelzimmer nichts zu tun hatte: Das Zimmer glich einem Kellerraum – das einzige Fenster zeigte direkt auf eine Mauer. Die Luft war stickig, es roch stark nach Schimmel. Der Boden war verdreckt, das gesamte Zimmer wirkte heruntergekommen und extrem ungepflegt. Die Betten waren ekelerregend – voller Flecken, offensichtlich nicht sauber, insgesamt hygienisch unzumutbar. Stromstecker hingen teilweise aus der Wand, wirkten lebensgefährlich, gerade im Hinblick auf mitreisende Kinder. Das Zimmer war voller Moskitos, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, obwohl sie ausdrücklich Teil der Ausstattung sein sollte. Der in der Beschreibung erwähnte Balkon existierte nicht. Nach massiver Beschwerde vor Ort bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer – dieses war geringfügig besser, aber ebenfalls ohne Klimaanlage und in schlechtem Zustand. Auch andere Gäste an der Rezeption beschwerten sich zeitgleich – es handelt sich offenbar nicht um einen Einzelfall. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht, wie Expedia ein solch marodes und unhygienisches Hotel als „empfohlen“ einstufen kann. Die Informationen auf Ihrer Website waren irreführend oder schlichtweg falsch – und das auf Kosten Ihrer Kund:innen. Das Badezimmer war dreckig, die Dusche unhygienisch und völlig ungepflegt.Nach massiver Beschwerde vor Ort bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer – dieses war geringfügig besser, aber ebenfalls ohne Klimaanlage und in schlechtem Zustand.

Otel odası 55 metrekare olarak satılıyor ama alakası yok eski bina yenilenmiş ama kötü otopark yok araç park edecek yerde yok, klima yok sıcak yüzünden pencere açtık pencerede sinekilk yok bu yüzden sivri sinekler yedi Yataklar çökmüştü gece boyu rahat edemedik kısacası dinlenmek için gittiğimiz otelden yorgun ayrıldık Ayrıca açık büfe kahvaltı seçeneğide kısıtlı idi çoçuklara içecek bir meyve suyu bile yoktu

Öncelikle odalarda tuvalet ve banyoyu ayiran bir paravan yoktu ve duş suyu klozetin aşağısına akiyordu ayrica tuvaleti odadan ayiran kapı olmamasıda direkt duş alirken ve wc esnasinda odadan görünüyor. Resepsiyonda ki beyefendi nazik ve ilgiliydi. Odada terlik yoktu ve havlu kirliydi. Ketil için konulan bardağa sicak suyu koyduğumda bardak çatlayip kırıldı her yer kahve oldu temizlik görevlisi akşam olmadığı için hizmet alamadim bunun dışı da tv lambader ve yatak iyiydi

Ailece tercih ettigimiz bu otelde family room adinda oda ayirtmama ragmen iki aile olarak bize lobi girisinde sanirim daha once personelin kaldigi gunes gormeyen normalde bir otel odasinda olmasi gereken techizatlarin olmadigi (klima kumandasi sabun vb.)bir odayi verdiler. Odada komisinin arkasinda yenmis topkek posetlerini sabah gorduk oda gece kapkaranlik oldugu icin gece lambasi aradik temudan alinmis duvara yapistirilmis bir gece lambasi vardi.Dahasi aile oteli denen otelde aksam 23.30 da bir grup kadinin kahkahalar eslihinde asansor onunde konusmasindan rahatsiz oldugum icin biraz sessiz olmalarini istedim cocuklarin uyudugunu soyledim o sirada otel musterisi oldugundan bile suphe ettigim kadin bana bagirarak burasinin cocuklar icin uygun bor otel olmadigini soyledi uzerime yurudu bu sefer esim mudahale etmek zorunda kaldi hatta arkadaslarimizda karsi odadan cikip duruma mudahale ettiler ben artik en son lobide gorevli filan tokmu yamudahale edin dedigimde genc bir cocuk gelip o da sanirim otelin icondeki marketi isleten cocuktu bi tek o gelip mudahale etti.
