Hotel didn’t get Hotels.com reservation
When we got to the hotel, they said that they didn’t get any reservation from Hotels.com, and they had no available room for us. We had to find another hotel

We only stayed in the apartment for one night. Everything is fine and ok except for the heating and water pipes box inside the living room. It kept producing sounds and noises. My brother in law who stayed there could not sleep.

Resimlere aldanmayın.
Öncelikle 4 yetişkin olarak yer ayırttık. Aparta vardığımızda bize çift kişilik bir yatak ve bir açılan kanepe olan daire (1+1) gösterildi. 4 yetişkin bayan kalabiliyormuş burda, 4 erkek kalabilir misiniz? dediler. Tabi festival zamanı olduğu için başka otel bulamayacağımızı ve istersek 600 lira olan başka bir daire önerdiler. Bir miktar fark vererek orda kalmak zorunda kaldık. Temizlik, hijyen daha buralara uğramamış. Çıkış saati 12 olmasına rağmen saat 10da kapı çalınıyor, Çıkış saati diye bağırılıyor. Yastıklar yataklar allaha emanet. Bu yazıyı okuyup hala rezervasyon yapıyorsanız, yapacak birşey yok.

Merkezi ama...
Konum olarak yeri güzel fakat otelin genel ortamı oldukça rahatsız edici idi. Önceklikle gece diğer odalarda kalan 2 kadın ve 2 erkeğin gülüşme sesleri uyumamıza engel oldu. Odalar basık ve yeterli temizliğe ve düzene sahip değildi. Teraslı odada kalacaksınız denmişti, teras anlayışı çok farklıymış halbuki. Çatı katı olduğu için çok sıcak ve havasızdı, klima olmadığı için sıcaklık sorun oldu. Pencere açamadık çünkü yan odadan “teras” aracılığıyla bizim odaya geçmek işten bile değildi. Bundan dolayı pencere de açamadık. Geceliğine 400 tl verdik fakat odada bir içme suyu bile yoktu. Çalışanlar fiş istediğimizde sorun çıkardılae en başta (%18 ücret alırız diye tehdit ettiler sanki sitede vergisiz iş yapıyorlarmış gibi) sonrasında sitede kdv dahil olduğunu söylediğimizde fişimizi bedavaya verdiler. Fiş konusunda sorun çıkaran yerler hep tüylerimi ürpertir. Sonuç olarak bir dahaki sefere burayı tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

Temiz değildi, biz mecbur kaldığımız için gittik ve beklediğimiz gibi iyi çıkmadı. Yaninkonumu iyi eşyalar iyi fakat çarşaflar ve temizlik konusunda sıkıntı olunca herşey anlamsızlaşıyor.

Tam bir FELAKET, İğrenç bir yer, İletişim rezalet!
Hayatımda kaldığım en berbat yerdi. Bu kadar kötüsü olamazdı. Ayrıca insan ilişkisinden gram nasip almamış, iletişim yoksunu insanların yönetti saçmalık bir yer. 4 kişilik oda iki kişilik hizmet hazırlamışlar. Ve havlular pis!. Herşeyi görebilirsinizde pislik adına. Havlular pis ne demek ya. Resepsiyon diye birşey yok zaten. Bişeye ihtiyacınız oldumu bi numara onu arıyosunuz o adamda nerde belli değil. Otelde şuna sorun o sizer verir bilmem ne. Allah düşürmesin.
