Its not upto the standard even. Need whole property proper cleaning and renovatlon. Lot of Phenolphthalein balls in wash room which caused a very bag pungent smell in entire room. The hotel should be silent and curtains should be able to create darkness in the room. While the windows were double glazed, the insulation was inadequate. The street noise comes into the room. Once the early morning hustle bustle started,(inside and outside the hotel) sleep was out of the question.

Stop over hotel if you ignore the cigarette smell
The room smells of tobacco it’s unbearable if you’re a non smoker... but on the plus side it’s super close to the SAW airport less than 8min drive

Good place for budget traveler
We arrive in Erzurum with only one idea in mind. To spend the night here before going to our next destination. In fact we arrive late and one note - it will be little hard to find the hotel if you are not familiar with area. Is located close to downtown, close to railway station, close to Two minaret madrasa...good location. Room was simple enough...not the luxury kind but all that you need was inside. The hotel itself was in some process of upgrade and i hope the owner will put some big sign after, for better recognition. The food at breakfast was typical, not many choises, but fresh and warm.

A great hotel. Undoubtedly the best service I have ever had. The host was worried the restaurant would be closed, so drove me (slightly unnecessary given I was on a motorbike...) Didn't have much time in Erzurum, but it was good value and an enjoyable experience.

I've been traveling to Turkey for more than 10 days, and I made a reservation and stayed overnight because of the good rating of the hotel, but it was the worst hotel ever. A shaky toilet, a stinking shower room, a hotel with nothing right -- mold in the corner, and the shower room was so dirty that I had to crouch to keep it from touching on the wall while I took a shower.

Réalité bien différent des photos
Les photos de l'hôtel ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Le confort est minimum, c'est à peine propre et en état moyen, quand au petit déjeuner il est plus qu'ordinaire. le tout est assez décevant surtout en comparaison des photos.

Temiz Bir Otel
İlgili ve güleryüzlü personeli var. Fiyatları da makul.. Ben bir daha gitsem sanırım aynı otele giderim. Özellikle temiz olması çok önemliydi.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık tek sıkıntı 3. kattaki odaların mutfağın altında olması bu yüzden bazen masa sandalye gürültüleri gelebiliyor onun dışında sorun yok

Tek gece konaklamak için gittiğimde bana gösterilen odada dolapta başka birisinin kıyafetleri vardı . Bu da temizlik açısından malesef şüphe uyandırdı .

Çetin bey öncelikle otelimizi tercih ettiğiniz için teşekkürler. Personel yetersizliğinden bahsetmişsiniz ama tesiste şuan 6 personel bulunmaktadır. Hangi isteğinizin yerine gelmediğini merak ediyoruz. Ayrıca beyaz sedan aracınız için park yeri bulmak çok zor olmadı.Sabaha kadar çevreyi görüntüleyen kameralar ve gececi personellerimiz tarafından kontrol edildi. Bir daha ki Erzurum ziyaretinizde yine bekleriz.
