"Hotel main areas looked great, I felt the rooms didn't really match the decor and style. Our room was quite small and didn't have air con, we came end of June and it was hot were surprised they didn't have this although my fault for not checking before booking. No fans available either so slept with balcony doors open every night. There was used ashtray left on our balcony arrived, we don't smoke so would have appreciated this being cleaned before we arrived and the shampoo/wash bottles in the shower were empty and didn't get filled during our stay. Small issues but worth mentioning. The hotel is in a good location but would need a car to get around. Breakfast was nice and use of the nearby spa was great although only open in afternoon/evening."

"Nice hotel in the Dolomites. Room was big and clean for our family of 4. Breakfast was delicious. I suggest to have 1 more hour for breakfast. It closed at 9:30 am."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. I had spectacular views of the mountains. At the time of my visit the elevator didn't go to the 7th floor...walking a flight of stairs was fine."

"Such a beautiful hotel, great stuff. All was great. Attention to details. Breakfast was spot on for my Italian needs, coffee was made by a barista and not a machine. Thank you. Keep that up. Don’t like touristic changes when I go visit my country. Make my coffee!! :)"

"The hotel is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was amazing and the spa had some of the best views I have seen. The staff were also very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. It was also walking distance to the center of the city. I would highly recommend and would stay again in the future"
