"Absolutely wonderful stay. We feel very lucky to have found this place and meet the people here. They arranged our tour to the desert after a simple mention and they were very very flexible with our needs and wants. We felt very at home here. The staff is very kind/caring. The rooms were spectacular and the beds comfortable. The food provided was amazing. Service was phenomenal and it felt more like staying with friends than commercialized interaction. "The accomodation and service were of good quality and worth every penny. The owner is a delightful man who will do anything he can to help you. The breakfast was delicious. Room very spacious. The roof terrace is particularly nice, having good seating, a covered area to keep off the sun and 360 degree views across the village. The hotel is set in a quiet village and surrounded by palm trees - an oasis in fact deep in a valley surrounded by rocky hills. Location is perfect really as it's just...

Morocco Luxury Desert Camp

10/10 Excellent

"Fantastic experience. Clean, comfortable, great staff/service. ATV ride and sunset camel ride were amazing."

Amanar Khaimas Desert Camp

10/10 Excellent

"The tents on the campground were beautifully appointed and felt like luxury hotel rooms, from a clean and comfortable bed to high-quality shower and bathroom areas. The personnel could not have been more attentive and accommodating and were helpful and supportive at every turn. Set dinners were well-priced and were very good. My one cautionary message would be some unexpected additional charges imposed by the camp. They charge 300 MAD ($30 US) per night for critically important nighttime air-conditioning (daytime heat in the Sahara makes nighttime in the tent unbearably warm), and 300 MAD ($30 US) for 4-wheel drive transportation, each way, between the main road in Mergouza (as near to the camp as most cars can go) to the camp. Our two nights at this camp were a fun and memorable experience — visits to nomadic areas and camel rides our favorite highlights — and would highly recommend it."

Sanmao Desert Luxury Camp

10/10 Excellent

"Le campement du Sanmao est idéalement situé tout près de l’Erg Chebbi. Le site est magnifique et les tentes sont toutes équipées et très confortables. Tout le personnel a été très serviable mais mention honorable à Abdel qui est le chef d’orchestre sur le site et qui s’assure qu’on ne manque de rien. Si vous voulez vivre une expérience inoubliable, nous recommandons fortement le Sanmao desert luxury camp."

Nasser Palace Suites & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"A fantastic hotel in the heart of the desert, with breathtaking views of the Sahara Sand Dunes. Sitting on the hotel porch and taking in the spectacular dunes was an absolute delight and truly one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the chef went above and beyond to prepare both lunch and dinner according to our needs. The food was absolutely delicious and added to an already wonderful experience. The rooms were beautifully designed, tastefully furnished, and surprisingly luxurious. We also loved the hotel’s architecture, which blends beautifully with the surrounding desert landscape and creates a genuine sense of connection with nature. Overall, this was a memorable and unique stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our experience."

Berber Palace Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a fabulous time here. The staff, particularly the Manager, went out of their way to meet our needs. They made us feel welcome far beyond check out time, with use of their beautiful pool. Given the heat, this was greatly appreciated. A fabulous chicken tagine was made especially for us. Highly recommended!"

Desert Season Luxury Camp

10/10 Excellent

"A lovely welcome with Moroccan tea before departure, along with clear explanations of all the activities offered by the team. The tents were very comfortable and beautifully located in the heart of the desert. Everything was well organized, from the activities to the dinner and breakfast. A special mention to Saïd, who took care of the 4x4 driving through the dunes and was always available to help with anything we needed. The whole team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience truly memorable."
