Photos were very deceptive. Property is much more “run-down” than what the photos suggest. Room was quite dirty with hair on the beds, and all over the bathroom. Room was supposed to be non-smoking, however the room had a strong cigarette odor.

The property was in good shape. The only issues we had was the bedding. It was a very firm mattress. So that may just have been a personal dislike. And the bed pillows were very small and soft. The staff was quite friendly and helped with an AC issue quickly. Great breakfast

We ended up at this property at the last minute because our reservation at a nearby property was cancelled without notice due to a plumbing issue. Thankfully Expedia customer service was able to find this property and we had a very nice stay. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Only critique were the semi trucks parked in the parking lot that had their engines/generators kicking on and off all night.

Staff, grounds, inside facility, food service were excellent. However, the room seemed like it was extra small and the bathroom was made for a very very small person. Toilets cannot be maybe 16" off the floor for elderly people. That is a very uncomfortable situation to be in. Other wise, nice clean place.

The highway was a little noisy at night, and we had some noisy neighbors on the second night. The room was very adequate, and my wife enjoyed the comfy bed (more than ours at home!) Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were efficient and friendly.

It was good for a really old hotel. They updated but the rooma but it's not very clean, only basic clean ... The ice machines don't work elevator is old and slow, the bed was thin and not able to charge phone close to bed. Flat pillows and only good for a quick stay only went there to sleep 6hrs and out. Could do better with checking in and out times

The hotel it’s self is fine and the front desk workers are extremely nice , the only things that I would criticize is the beds are really firm and the rooms could be cleaned better , the bathroom was where I noticed it most . Other then that the convenience of this hotel being 15 mins away from Cincinnati is why we always come back

I won't be back
This hotel was just gross. Just walking in the place we first noticed the smell was very musty. There were a lot of notes on the doors of different rooms mentioning toilet problems, etc. Also, instead of a blanket on the bed, they used a mattress pad! That was pretty disgusting! I do have to say that the people working there for the most part were friendly.

This hotel badly needs a good makeover, it is totally outdated. The lobby was very bare a fireplace with no heat on a cold winters day.
