We arrived at the hotel around 10pm. We were tired and cold, but as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest receptionist named Yaiza (if I wrote her name correct). She was really helpful, professional and very courteous. She made sure that everything was fine with our stay. She made our stay very pleasant. THANK YOU! Great room was very clean and nice size bed. It doesn't worth the money. The breakfast was very busy, with limited food offer and staff too quick to clean the tables. The gym is very poor in equipment.

Stadthotel ruhig gelegen am Ende der Fussgängerzone - etwas in die Jahre gekommen ansonsten zufriedenstellend. Bar/Restaurant nicht getestet- gibt aber direkt Böcker um die Ecke sowie zahlreiche Restaurants.

Es war leider nicht sauber - Toilette dreckig - Haare von voriger Person da- das Personal war aber insgesamt nett, die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und das Frühstück war gut. Trotzdem kam mir das Zimmer schäbig vor - ich musste erst mal Lüften - hat muffig gerochen beim reinkommen…

In the year 2025, you expect that decent wifi is included in the room rent, and instant on. Stayed six days and had to login to a lousy wifi solution every day.
