"The hotel was beautiful but we booked it for the pool - which was under maintenance. We did get to walk to the sister property to swim."

"Overall very bad stay. Our room only got vacuumed one time. Never got new bed clothes, beds never got made. Didn't even give us new towels and wash clothes. Had to call the front desk about 5 times to get the room cleaned and get new bath amenities. Would not recommend. Shower was also very small. Stayed in Marriott before and always had great service and the room was always taken care of. Very disappointed"

"It was kind of frustrating we got there thinking we would have a room available at 3:00 pm as it stated when I booked the room and no rooms were available till around 4:00 pm and the washing machine was broken. I totally understand that in itself was not the staffs fault. But I asked 4 times within 24 hours for towels and kept being told “in about an hour” and finally had to ask an additional time to get them. For how much I spent I was not really happy with the few factors I mentioned. Also...

"I had to request another room because there were men milling around and I couldn't get a good parking spot to unload my things. The room I got had a musty smell so I opened all the windows despite the humidity. Very noisy location on a busy road so I needed earplugs. The bathroom was very small and tight. The mattress needs replacing. Wifi is very good with no password needed. Breakfast is very limited and mediocre. I couldn't drink the coffee and had to get some at a nearby shop."

"Room wasn’t ready when arrived at check in and when I came back received a handicap room by the elevator. Why would you give someone a handicap room unless requested and not tell them upon check in. There for four days saw house cleaning once. So if you don’t clean often, why are rooms not available. Improvements are needed for the $$."

"Bathroom was a little musty upon arrival. No ventilation?? Otherwise very clean and comfortable for an overnight stay."

"The hotel does resemble the photos. However, the weather outside around the 4th of July was incredibly hot. 90+ degree heat and the AC unit is our room was terrible. Not only that, you can not adjust the settings on the unit. It was extremely hard to get comfortable during our 2 day stay. We literally had to step outside of our room a few times to get cool and somewhat comfortable. The WiFi went in and out.
