"We were greeted by a very friendly staff at all times during our stay. The room was super clean, and the lobby and the floor we stayed at was constantly being cleaned. From our room, you can see the bayfront and beautiful sunset. In the lobby, the hotel provided regular and decaffeinated coffee as well as hot water for tea or hot chocolate. "The property was clean and beautiful! The kids and I loved our sunset dinner overlooking the Bay on the patio of The Shoreline Bar & Grille. It was delicious with excellent service and prices! The outdoor Infiniti pool was breathtaking! We definitely made the right choice booking this gem!"

"Breakfast was just mediocre, coffee and tea advertised as available in lobby anytime but was not Pool water was cold and cloudy, however didn’t stop the kids from enjoying it. Overall good just a few things could’ve been better"

"This property was so over priced, the room floor was dirty needed to be swept and mopped, the bed only had a sheet and a thin bed spread no blanket, we went out and bought a blanket to use. The bed was actually really comfortable the best feature in the room, they are doing renovations but they are not the best craftsmanship. Have stayed in places that I did not pay a lot for that were outdated but was very clean, this was expensive and not clean, towels smelled clean but had stains on them. I...

"The Steelhead Inn is a clean no frills motel with fantastic location to restaurants and Presque Isle State Park. It is our 'go to' location for rwasonably"

"The suite was large enough for our family of 5. The pullout bed was dirty with old sheets on it so we just closed it up and put bedsheets directly on the couch for a child to sleep on. Breakfast was great as always, staff friendly and hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and 15 min to Presque isle."
