No body at reception after 9. Can’t find any contact number anywhere on site. Worst experience ever . Also they say they have AC but don’t have, it doesn’t blow any air. So have to leave door open at night to cool room down

Je ne peux pas mettre d avis sur la chambre, le service ou l emplacement puisque nous n avons pas pu aller à l hôtel. Venus pour l enterrement d un proche, nous rencontrons des soucis sur la route Dijon Annecy ce qui nous fait arriver vers 22h20. En voulant vérifier l adresse de l hôtel, nous voyons que la réception de l hôtel ferme à 21h. Impossible de joindre quiconque. Nous n avons eu aucun appel ou de SMS de confirmation ou de code d accès alors que dans d autres domaines ou chaînes cela se fait systématiquement. Nous avons dû rester chez ma belle soeur au dernier moment, désorganisant tout ce qui était prévu. Pour une chaîne telle que Kyriad nous trouvons cela inadmissible.

Très cher et pas d’insonorisation

Chambre pas du tout insonorisée. Impossible de dormir avec la simple discussion des voisins. Chambre très exiguë et peu propre. Pas du tout à l’image des hôtels Kyriad et du tarif payé.

Ne vaut pas du tout 3 étoiles : matelas taché et moquette sale, chambre petite, une serviette par personne seulement, pas de verre dans la salle de bain, climatisation bruyante et peu efficace, tablette du lit minuscule et mal fixée, télévision ne captant pas toutes les chaînes de la tnt, parking insuffisant et surchargé (boite de nuit à côté squattant les places)

Qualité prix scandaleux. A fuir.

Un Kyriad dans un ancien Campanile... Clim qui fonctionne à moitié. C'est une bouilloire. Odeur vraiment bizarre dans la salle de bains. Murs décrépits, vitre de la douche que j'ai remit en place car elle sortait du support en bas. Lit au confort déplorable. A ce prix, c'est de l'escroquerie. Mais que fait la chaîne Kyriad ? Contrôle t'elle ses franchisés ??? Moi je suis un inconditionnel de cette chaîne mais si je voit maintenant qu'il s'agit d'un ancien Campanile, je passeraison chemin.

tres bon accueil tout le personnel que ce soit a l accueil au petit dejeuné le ménage des chambres tres a l ecoute et font tout pour vous satisfaire vraiment chapeau nous avons apprecier et dorénavant nous ferons nos vacances dans les kyriad car petit dejeuner copieux et complet rien ne manque tres bon point lit tres confortable avec coussin qui prend la forme de notre tete chambre spacieuse et tres bien agencé tres propre bravo faut continuer merci car grace a vous notre séjour a etait une reussite
