"The place is clean and good location to enjoy downtown with many options to Restaurants. We had breakfast at the Hotel’s Restaurant's and the food was excellent .
My only complain was that at time of checking out the front desk was so pushy for me to leave the room even after I had requested a little time to have breakfast there. They knocked on my door, called me and I ended up leaving my phone charger behind. I called that same night to notify them but i was told to call next morning. I called next morning to be told that no charger was found. I then went back to hotel, and it took for me to ask for the Gerente/ supervisor and he went back to check and he found it and returned my phone charger. I thanked him because he took the time to really verify and found it.
My suggestion is that front desk is more attentive snd listen to requests."
