Opened in 1996 Powerscourt features two of the finest championship courses in Ireland, which despite their proximity to each other, pose remarkably different challenges for any golfer.

Absolutely beautiful #garden! Costs a few euros to get in, spend a few hours #walking around #exploring all the different areas of the #garden. There is also a cafe there and a lovely store to buy some goodies. The house is absolutely stunning as well and has a lot of #history. Well worth it.

A very quiet village Quaint buildings. The local shop and pub staff were very friendly. Powerscourt gardens are very well kept and worth a visit. The Avoca was t as good as expected
