"I was greeted by the staff with a smile and welcoming attitude. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable . Everyone that works there is so nice, helpful coming from work in customer service for over 30 years it’s things that I look for whenever I’m staying at a hotel. They have topped my expectations by 1000% . I will be back in town in a couple of months and you best believe I’m staying here again. Thanks to the wonderful staff for all that you do. If no one hasn’t told you this before I will, THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. "

"The room service delivery person in the morning is always lovely. On Sat night however, our food never came and after two hours the kitchen was extremely rude to us. The front desk offered us a credit off the room to make up for it which was kind. But I’d never encountered an issue here before after staying here for years and years. "

"When you walk in the front door you can see this hotel needs a major renovation. When i got to my floor the hall reeked of urine. I found a spot of blood in the sheets . The wall and desk were scratched. The chair they had was damaged. There is no customer service as i was met with attitude about my complaints. Worst hotel experience ever. They dont give washcloths they use microfiber towels for cleaning. The heat didnt work. Just all around Crappy"
