"IT was a fine place, but a disaster with the patron laundry, as it flooded and didn't work and took me hours to get one wash cycle done, I asked for a comp breakfast to make up for it, and they did not oblige. Kind of uncool."

Our room was nice and mostly clean (empty bottles were left on the floor when we arrived) and the TV would only work on BBC1 and ITV and we couldn't use the remote as this didnt work either 🙈"

"Very disappointing stay at Langstone Quay Hotel. The room was poorly maintained and several basic amenities were missing despite booking for three guests. Only two mugs and two hot chocolates were provided, and only five pillows instead of six. Reception promised to send another pillow but nothing ever arrived.
