Only 1 point to make, room was very hot so we should have asked for a fan (but it was 34 degrees outside!), so not even sure a fan would help!. Overall, would definitely return if we needed a night in Southampton again."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Suite mit zwei getrennten Zimmern. Das Mobiliar ist eher Antik, aber in Ordnung. Ein schönes, großes Bad. Einziger Nachteil man hört die Straße sehr laut, wenn man nach vorne raus wohnt. Alle Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich das Frühstück war toll."

"Great location just a couple of minutes from the beach. Tucked away in a quiet area. Good parking for a motorbike. All staff friendly and helpful. Room had all you needed. Large fan was a godsend. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Indoor pool lovely. Even has a brilliant private snooker room. Would stay again for next IOW visit."

"Was dirt Pillows were old and tatty and we woke with neck ache Was only one cup that was cracked , no spoons to make a drink , towel was tiny more of a hand towel Bed had bits in and stain on quilt cover Set of drawers had screws sticking out and no handles The place was noisy and has drug gas calendars outside the front door There was constant banging from upstairs We didn’t sleep .
