Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and we appreciated the adjoining rooms our family shared. "Owners are a very nice, friendly couple. Remote location from Luzern. No breakfast but were offered free coffee or tea. Ten francs to use grill. Shared bath (not private as advertised). Room size OK for two but "No picnic in room!" We did not see any "free toiletries" and initially were provided only one bath towel to use for two people."
