"Check in/check out was quick and easy. Our room was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable! This was my son’s first time staying overnight at a hotel and he was begging to stay another night. The location was great, too. We’d definitely book Holiday Inn Atlanta- Northlake again in the future! "

"for one thing the air-conditioning is ether gonna leave you hot or cold. There’s no in between the actual rooms and actual hotel looks like it has been renovated in years. There are stains everywhere in the carpet not to mention in our suite there was a hole that was patched up in a really bad condition to be more specific room 217. The only thing that was a saving grace was the price, the housekeepers, and one front desk attendant he should be the manager of that hotel. The other front desk attended that helped me on both Saturdays and the manager we’re both a complete waste of time did not help me at all when our lights were off told us we would have a microwave in our hotel which it did not only to be told that microwaves are only available in upgraded suites not to mention the room itself was not cleaned correctly, but I do not blame the house attendance I blame the managers. Sonesta representatives please check this hotel."
