"Glebe Cottage was a lovely place to stay. The location was superb with views out to sea from the cottage and hot tub. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. I read other people’s reviews so brought some scissors. Bonus of having electric car chargers right outside the cottage. It’s really thoughtful of the owners to mow the edges of the fields so you can easily walk to the coast or to Embleton village without going on the road. "I was looking for a clean and quiet spot to enjoy the sea – this was the perfect place. Close to Bamburgh but out of the fray with ample parking and good food. Staff was friendly and attentive. "

"We stayed for our Anniversary trip and I booked the Olympic suite restaurant and wasn’t disappointed, fabulous food, wonderful attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for us , room was fantastic comfortable beds and pillows , bed was enormous, we had a bath and shower and tea making facilities, everything was within walking distance, lovely few days would certainly go back and a great choice , my only negative was parking which can spoil your experience and made arrival for us very stressful "
