Nice new hotel. Everything was great. Liked the pancake maker for breakfast. Looks as if this is the only new hotel in area. Most were old motels.

Very nice newer hotel. Ely finally has a couple of nice hotels! So much easier to LV than through SLC. Everything very nice. Close to road. Stay in back.

This is a great HIE property - right on the highway, modern, clean, and close to dining opportunities. The facility is well-lit, has the normal excellent breakfast you've come to expect at HIE, and the room layout is just wonderful. Ever had problems stowing your suitcase? Not here, there is ample room for at least 2-3 suitcases right next to the closet. I'll stay here exclusively when next on the road going through Ely NV

Went to shower and had no hot water. This was around 8:30 am. The desk clerk said it takes awhile to get hot water to our end of the building. This means by 8:30 am nobody near us had tried to shower. His attitude was a shrug. He did offer for me to go back up and try again. We’re traveling and already had breakfast so going back up was not an idea we would embrace. I told him we’ll challenge the charge, which we will, but all he needed to do was offer a small credit for a future trip. 😞

We have a dog and pick up after him but lots of ppl don’t. Should be a fine if ppl don’t pick up after dogs. Makes curb appeal not as pleasurable. Nicest place to stay in Ely and great location so you don’t have to go so far into town. Very clean!

Very clean and well maintained hotel! The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. They are located next to a small casino that has a great Mexican restaurant. The continental breakfast was delicious and had a great selection! Highly recommend staying here.

Best in town
This property is the best to be had in Ely, hands-down. It's clean, modern with a better than average breakfast. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the traffic noise, which the hotel can't control. Just ask for a room on the opposite side from the highway.

First of all, I thought I was paying for two nights, which would have been a reasonable price, but when it turned out it was $276.00 for ONE night, I was shocked. It was 9 at night so we didn't have an alternative but switched to a different hotel for our next night's stay. The person in our party who slept on the sofa bed woke up with 8 bug bites on her shoulder! No way is this place worth almost $300 a night! Front desk staff was excellent & really the only good thing to say about the place.
