"Front desk staff were wonderful and accommodating. The restraunt staff not so much. Waited over 30 minutes at the restraunt just to order as they werent answering the phone for room service. Then missing multiple items from the order. Restaurant staff were rude and unwelcoming. Alyssa at the front desk was great in handling the situation and getting everything fixed!! This place is one of our family's favorite quick getaway spot. Great for families!!!"

"Only downfall was we didn’t use the pool bc of the cold weather but everything else was great . Would have loved a free breakfast but can’t win em all"

"The rooms were dirty with snot on the walls, beds were ok and the toilets were so low to the ground... also very small showers. Breakfast was not good either."

"Google Maps takes us to a wrong location. I had to look up Ramada Hotels address to find this place. Property had a smell of cigarette's smokes mostly. They did not have towels which was surprising. Even when asked they told we might get in the morning when house keepers come at 8:30 am only. Breakfast is open only till 8:30 am. Given all this i was surprised Hotels.com charged $85 for the night. But when I was checking in it was only $55 per night or so. And its not worth more than $55 for sure. Not a hotel for families. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast is good. "
