"Very Very clean. I love going to a place that allows dogs that doesn’t smell like dogs. Staff and owner very friendly. Owner answers texts almost immediately. If you are visiting the Benezette area, this is a great option for a room. It’s very small, but cozy. This property is on a main highway, but we were planning to sleep there, not hang out. Our intent was to be outdoors looking at elk and sight seeing. My only suggestions to the owner would be either a larger Fridge in the “lobby” or small dorm fridges in each room. Possibly some coffee creamer with the sugar next to coffee maker, although there is a Family Dollar next door and a pharmacy across the street. And, there is a small space in the bathroom that could benefit from a couple shelves for toiletries and hair dryers. We were completely comfortable during our stay. Also, having Wi-Fi in this area was huge! We are already planning another trip with friends and intend to stay here again. "
